Jok...

My one complaint about Jok is he commits quite a few dumb fouls. He had at least 2 against Purdue last night. He always seems to get a reach-in foul around half court just trying to stab at the ball.

Maybe thats how you lead the league in steals though...

Yeah I'd say unless fouls become an constant issue, I'm ok with the 1 or 2 reach-in fouls per game if it means he is being aggressive while still staying out of over all foul trouble

Those are products of being tired, and Fran has said as much. It is always easy to tell when Jok needs a break, he starts reaching on D.

I'm curious to hear joks nba potential. Does he get drafted next year? If he does, and assuming uthoff does, that would be 4 straight years of iowa having an nba draftee. That has to be some sort of record for iowa I would assume.

I'll say yes, Jok will get drafted after next year. I would compare him physically to Marble. I think they both were about 6'6" long arms and both came on defensively their last couple years at Iowa.

With Jok's shooting ability, I think he has a chance to get some PT in the NBA such as a spark shooter off the bench.

He is back to shooting the way he did before his injury in high school. Kid is just money now.

The thing I've noticed more is his elevation is back. He had hops as a freshmen in high school. Last year he would lay the ball in on a break away. This year he's dunking...even got a technical for a half chin up on the rim.
