John posted a write-up about how Jok did at Day 1 of an elite camp 10 days ago. It mentioned tweeking his ankle. I never saw anything further on how he did. Anyone?

How does this kid pronounce his last name?
Is it...
"Jock"?
"Joke"?
"Yock"?
"Yoke"?
Pls help. Thanks.

From some of the twitter comments I read during the camp, he did very well shooting the ball but was not really aggressive. Sounds like Wisconsin is still very interested in the him and he roomed with one of their commits Koenig and another guy they are going after.

There was a tweet about him drilling a three in top 40 players face, Semi Ojeleye.

I don't believe he has shown a return to explosiveness just yet. July will be a huge month for him. I think most everyone is waiting to see how he does there.

Van Coleman still has him rated as the #10 player in the 2013 class...now, probably he just has not updated his ratings, but most of the rest of the guys seem to be rated correctly...ie.. Jabbari Parker #1...ect.

Is Coleman still drinking the Jok kool-aid?

Van Coleman's a hack. You are telling me a guy who wasn't that great at Valley his junior year is the #10 player in the draft? He doesn't even have a high major offer. How many guys that are in the top 100 let alone top 10 don't have D1 offers? I hope Jok gets his legs back and can be what many predicted him to be. Than if that happens, I hope that Iowa offers and gets him. But at this point right now he is a 3 point shooter for a MVC team.

Oh I see what you mean now, the J is pronounced as if it were a K.

Naw, you know: somebody from Germany is named Jurgen, right? Now do you, as an Iowan, simply assume it is pronounced "jergen" because you're not from teh Germany, even thought the correct way to say it is "yergen"?
I'm trying to be correct is all.

I have to say, though, that you seem like a cunning linguist.

What is the difference between a women's cross country team and a tribe of sly pygmies?
One group is cunning runts

I'm glad someone got the jok.
