I've since heard that the sunglasses were part of a charity fundraiser for something. Cystic fibrosis maybe? If true, it certainly would have helped to explain that during the telecast.

I live near Matt Thomas's hometown. My nephews went to school with him. He's a decent guy which is one reason I followed the Clowns the last few years and would "Monty Python" cheer (link) when he did well. Don't worry, that's done now.

But I did wonder why he wasn't part of the 3 point contest. I thought he was their best outside shooter.
