Probably...gotta believe the staff feels really good about where they sit with Goodson.
Woah woah woah.... What don't we know? What I do know is with that new RB Sargent we got having 3 yrs to play pretty makes it only necessary to get 1 Rb this class not 2. So the only thing that makes me comfortable with Brock not wanting to come would be is if Iowa has decided Goodson is who they'd prefer and have a great sense that he'll commit. I really really like Goodson and think he'll be a perfect compliment to Geil and or Sargent going forward a couple yrs down the road. But man I don't want to miss out on both he and Brock...

I'd agree. And to be honest I won't be surprised if they took both of them as I think Brock and Goodson would compliment each other very nicely.
If they didn't get Sargent I think that's what they were shooting for. Now I don't think they have the need or scholarship availability for both. It's a one or the other thing now and if Iowa is who told Brock to cancel visit that pretty much tells us which one they are leaning towards. Assuming Goodsons offer is still on the table.
I'm assuming it was Iowa that did the canceling here though. If it was Brocks decision than that's a different can of worms obviously but with Sargent having signed on that makes sense that Iowa is up against the scholly limit.

Goodson already visited. I think everyone felt it was a good fit. Sargent doesn't hesitant when offered, pulls the trigger and Bam, we are full.

Iowa doesn’t have Rivals evaluate its prospects. Iowa rated Goodson and Brock as equal in talent and probably would have taken Brock if he committed first. If you go by Rankings Brock > Goodson. If you go by offers Goodson > Brock

i think you take a 4* RB if you're program has been built on the running game. At least, you don't initiate canceling a visit and telling the 4* rb "no thanks." Now, maybe Iowa learned JB had already dropped Iowa in his ranking and we were effectively out of it. still, you don't cancel the visit. let the 4* rb visit if he wants to visit.
