I think this is bigger than it might first seem. Phil will have starter experience at corner with at least two players.

I know it is pretty unlikely, but DeJean must be at least entertaining offers of coming back.

If he wanted to, maybe the coaches could put him on offense for 15-20% of the snaps, and give Lee those snaps in place of DeJean on defense. That keeps Lee progressing and gives Parker better depth.

This would actually be a sensible approach if Coop comes back. I mean, he hasn't announced yet, so he has to be weighing options. Probably smart to declare, but there are moving parts here.
