Got word from a friend of the Devries family that he is officially hanging up his cleats. He has had a couple of rough seasons ended by injury. He and his family are moving back to Iowa.
Made a good chunk of change while he played, played long enough to probably qualify for a pension.....Good for him. Probably will have several options on what to do when he gets back.
