It should, but just as bad for Boise is the fact that the rest of the ACC had such a bad day. So even if Virginia Tech goes on to win the ACC, who has the ACC beat out of conference? The whole ACC looks weak now, which diminishes the win over VT even more. I don't see anyway now that Boise can make the NC. Unless there are no undefeated or one loss teams from the AQ conferences and they run the table.
