Man, this sucks. I would have thought he would have been a first round draft pick after his time at Pitt. The prognosis looks good, though.

I know there's no "good cancer" (had enough family and friends suffer to understand that), but Hodgkins lymphoma has a pretty high recovery rate.

Anthony Rizzo had it at some point (I believe in high school, or around there). So, while recovery is certainly job one, it may not be out of the question to still have a future in football.
