One of Iowa's top targets in the 2027 cycle has locked in an unofficial visit with the Hawkeyes in the fall.

Megan Gustafson and Sam Logic come immediately to mind, as outstanding Iowa players from WI.
Currently Taylor Stremlow and Teagan Mallagni are imports from the land of cheese.
WI hasn't had a good women' team for years. Google search says:
The last time the Wisconsin women's basketball team had a winning record in the Big Ten was in the 2001-2002 season, when they finished with a 9-7 record. And you know Google wouldn't lie!
So if past success is a factor, the Hawks have a "good shot"!
