Izzo

Izzo is in the officials ear almost half of every game, when he isn't crying over a call. He even screamed at the scorers table today......

Izzo is in the officials ear almost half of every game, when he isn't crying over a call. ....

The problem is that the officials listen intently, make great eye contact as they converse for several minutes. Today, the other two refs had to wait for the other official to get back to the game because he was french kissing the Iz.

Yet the b1G refs will continue to blow Izzo all season long. He'll get every call against us in EL as a make-up kiss.

Had Franatic done what Izzo did after he was dropping the f-bomb, he would have been tossed. At best, he would have gotten just one T.

The double-standards that coaches have is bs.

Yesterdays game was a classic example of how Izzo has the officials wrapped around his fingers. After a non call he went absolutely bonkers on the side line, a fit that would have gotten Fran ejected, yet not a single technical foul was called and Izzo continued to rant well after the play.

I think the NCAA should review that one, Teddy got in the coaches face and to me that is inexcusable. Officials should never go after coaches.

Be careful, ssckelley, I posted the same on another board and got ripped pretty good. And I really have no clue why. Dan Dakich and the play-by-play guy on ESP2 ripped Valentine pretty good. Dakich was saying things about how T.V. is a bad official and they he mocks and taunts players and coaches and is, essentially, an egomaniac. We all know that all officials miss calls, but T.V. does on more than his fair share. But to also be aggressive and incite a coach, that shows NO impartiality and that is the very definition of being an official.
