BigD, you may be right that Moss ends up being "the guy" out of this recruiting class. Playing for Simeon is as good as it gets. If I had to make a prediction for the freshman with the most impact this year, it would be Flemming. He has also played big time high school hoops and can contribute offensively instantly. Hutton also intrigues me but I think he will be lacking on the offensive end too much and won't see much playing time come B1G.

I hope you are right about Flemming. There we several (including Jon) that thought he might de-commit and go to a higher profile team. I always felt good about his commitment to Iowa. It was the same feeling I had about Woodbury before he picked Iowa. Would love to see every recruit surprise and turn out like White did. If that happened Fran will have to watch over his shoulder while out recruiting as might get followed by some of our lazier fellow conference competitors. It would be a very nice problem to have. Go Hawks!!!! Hey since it's a bye week why not let the ballers do a public scrimmage? That would be fun to watch.

Flemming will play as will Hutton imo. It'll be very interesting to see who redshirts in this class. If I had to guess I'd say Williams does but I could be way off. Williams very well may be Iowa's starting pg going into the 2016 season after Gessell and Clemmons graduate so maybe Fran tries to work him in this year. It'll be fun to watch the pieces fall into place. A lot of pieces to work with which makes it fun.

I think Flemming will be a leader for Iowa and a go to guy for years to come. He plays with a confidence and feel for the game that you only get from experience. His time at Oak Hill has prepared him to step in right away. He can contribute to the team in so many ways, he'll be impossible to keep off the court and may challenge for a starting role before the year is over.

At this time last year this side of the forum was buzzing.

It's the first time I've ever seen a poster correct his grammar incorrectly. The use of 'it's' in the title is correct grammatically. The use of 'its' in the body is incorrect.

Yeah that "is" is what killed me there. Also got Bill Clinton in trouble too. "Depends on what the definition of "is" is." My ninth grade English teach is rolling over in her grave.
