I think I'd be more willing to agree with them and consider it a process if we ever got beyond the process and say some results. I'm not speaking specifically with the QB play or the play in general, but at this point I think its the fact that we've seen very little change to remotely even consider it being "a process". I've yet to give up on KF or the team, but at this point this "process" he's speaking of isn't a "process" but reality that continually gets swept under the rug and fails to be addressed.
