Austen Arnaud: "I've played against a lot of great defenses. The one I just played against rates right up there with the best of them."

Paul Rhoads: "People are not going to score many points on them." "It's without a doubt the best team I've faced since I've been at Iowa State."

Think Arizona will score more than 20 points against Iowa? I would be shocked if they did.

Rhoad's comment is pretty darn telling...because Nebraska and its defense were pretty darn good last year...so that's high praise.

i think it'll probably be a pretty close game with both teams starting out conservatively. but then again, that's what i thought the last game would be like. thankfully we've got the physical edge, so hopefully we'll get to the QB early and often and get in his head.
