ISU on the road vs. ranked opponent

Just saw a stat that ISU hasn't beaten a ranked opponent on the road since they beat the 16th ranked Sooners in 1990 (36-33). That comes to 36 straight road losses against a ranke opponent. Wow. Let's not end that run this week!

Well they did beat Nebraska. Which was a good non ranked road win. Their only hope against Iowa is to turn the game into a turnover fest.

In 2005 they hadn't beat a top 10 opponent in like forever........then, well you know what happened.


I wish they could play this game tommorrow..... I don't care if the hawks win by 50 or by 2, get the win and lets move on to Arizona. I wish the game was at 11 so I could just sit back and relax and enjoy the rest of whats going to be a great day of college football.
