ISU Assistant Coach Curtis Bray passes away

it's eerie how so many apparently healthy people have sudden events like this with no warning. cardio-vascular disease is indeed a silent killer. Here's a guy in good health, athletic and he's exercising. And just like that.
Yup, I have dad who has had two heart attacks, is about 125 pounds overweight, drinks a liter of diet pop a day, smoked two packs of smokes for 30 years before first heart attack, and he is 75 and still kickin.
Then you have healthy people like this just drop. Feel bad for his Family, taken too early.

That's why I recently quit smoking...I'm almost 52, smoked 1 pack a day for 30 years (not that it can't happen), but after hearing about this, I made a wise choice...So far, so good...

Stay with it. I quit ten years ago and it's hard to do but it is well worth it.

RIP Mr. Bray, really a tough time now for his wife and kids. My prayers go out to the family and friends. May Jesus take care of them.
