Is it me or is this board more active...

I wasn’t trying to be a smartass. I honestly was wondering. It’s hard for me to gauge on game days because I’m working.

Like Walker said, I would expect it to pretty active after an overtime win at Iowa State.

The answer is yes. But if you look across all social media, negative storys and controversy is more popular than positive ones, specifically in open forum comment sections.

I hadn't notice that. after a win, we're usually game planning for the next win. after a loss, we're discussing the loss.

I am on social media a lot for my job and see a lot of negative. More on Twitter than on our HN FB page.

Of course, the anonymity on here and Twitter as opposed to FB probably plays into it as well.

Anonymity plays a pretty big part. I take great effort to not say here what I wouldn't say face to face.

I think people tend to write more (vent) after a loss than they do after a win.

Depends on the season, though, too. I'm betting this board was busy two years ago when the Hawks were 12-0. A win over someone like Northwestern in a 7-5 type of season, probably not so much.
