there is none. What statistical and other evidence says the QB is regressing??

Look at what happened to Nebraska after Osborne retired. COACHING.
“Wins” are irrelevant as you have to consider the individual matchupsHow many bowl games did the west win?
I am. Where do you see a big issue?“Wins” are irrelevant as you have to consider the individual matchups
I don't know that Nebraska's problem is purely coaching. The game really evolved and they had a major conference realignment. Back in the '80's and '90's, there were a lot of farm boys from Nebraska that they could bring in to play o-line, then go around the country and find a few fast guys to run the option. It was pretty easy to win 6 games in the old Big 8 setting up the de facto title game against Oklahoma. Once the option ceased to be a viable offense, Nebraska's goose was cooked. You look at Clemson today with 2 guys who were the #1 recruit at WR and the #1 QB recruit from the last class and it's painfully obvious to anyone who ain't from Lincoln or Omaha that bringing in the level of talent needed to compete with modern defenses just ain't gonna happen.
I thought 2019 would be a special year. It gave me solace during the dark times. I took a picture of the scoreboard of 55-24 at 00:00 and I guess I will just go buy one of those LCD frames and put that picture in there so it can glow on me when I go to bed at night. Glory days. What's bad is having these guys that Iowa got up to NFL caliber are leaving. Unlike Ohio State, Alabama, Michigan etc. Iowa doesn't have some extra 4 star players sitting on the bench.
If these guys were here this year, Iowa would have a shot at the West and possibly beyond. As it is, it's starting to look like middle of the pack finish.

Having 2-3 NFL players on each side of the ball but surrounded by a couple more avg and 5 more below avg players doesn't lead to winning football.
At times meh is a bit generous...Iowa Football: Defense good (sometimes really good), Offense meh.
Maybe in the Alanis Morrisette kinda way?
More experience. Most college players have their best year in the third year.Iowa finished in the middle of the B10 West pack this year - with them.
Why do you think we will finish in a similar position next fall - without them?
It's my UIowa education.Wow. Did you come to this conclusion all by yourself? Congrats!
the eyeball testWhat statistical and other evidence says the QB is regressing??
Doesn’t any find it ironic or disturbing that we can have all of these NFL prospects but we cannot win a very bad Western Division?
A much tougher schedule next year just got that much tougher. Meanwhile the QB is regressing.
Perfect
I would love to hear them, Lol. When we lived in Georgia our family had good friends who are huge bama fans. It was hard not to hate them.
