If I was a recruit, I'd rather be in Ames right now watching the Clowns go down the field against TCU....much more exciting then watching Iowa fart and fall down for 4 quarters, just "hoping" to be there at the end.
It is PAINFULLY obvious that Ferments does not like or want any part of a highly recruited WR....too big, too fast, too athletic, to...um....er....urban".....seriously, what other excuse could there be? Not one F'n Dominique Douglas on our team since he has been gone...and do not bring that converted QB (McNutt) that Ferents stumbled onto by accident....TOTALLY different type of player. Ferments feels that if he has been burned by something ONE time and he is through....again, he is the most stubborn man in the world. NOBODY enjoys trying to coach up and win at the buzzer more than this boob....he wants no part of trying to recruit better, and help alleviate some of the guess work in winning.
