Iowa's Late Game Win% vs Northwestern

Would have been interesting to have had this type of service for the UNLV and NWState games....then again....perhaps not....

Unfortunately, I think the window closed on us awhile back. Barring UI winning out and making a huge run in the B1G tourney, I think it's NIT. Which I expected and I'm OK with it.

I think this is an NIT team, as well.
But the other Bubble Teams are average at best right now. If Iowa can get to 9-9, they'll be in the discussion.
L10 will be impressive for Iowa if they keep winning. They can close the gap w/ wins. There is still time, just no room for errors anymore.

As am I. Hopefully we could get a couple home NIT games because last year, Carver was rockin'. It was probably one of the more fun games to be at last year. Just loved the atmosphere for that game.

That was last updated February 4th

Neat forecast tool on that:

RPI FORECAST by FINAL RECORD
Here is the RPI forecast broken down by final record along with the probability of the final record:
Final Record Expected RPI Probability
22-9 59.9 1.11%
21-10 69.7 13.92%
20-11 82.9 31.70%
19-12 98.0 31.95%
18-13 114.9 16.21%
17-14 133.8 4.43%
16-15 151.5 0.61%
15-16 169.5 0.06%

I keep saying that a 9-9 Iowa team with 1 win in the BTT can make the tournament. But it would be a record for a team with an RPI into the 80s to get into the NCAA as an at large. I sure hope those projections are wrong.

It is still cracked...win out at home and lose to only Indiana at home and well...there is a legit chance...two losses in there and probably NIT bound and that is okay.
