I really do think the lack of using the bench in the ISU game is what feed into that loss and late game break down. Those guys were tired physically and mentally.
The bench needs to develop this year in big strides if this team wants to make big waves. Iowa starters are not world-beaters and will need a lot of bench help. I think it is there and right now Iowa's best player has been a walk on time for the rest of the team to wake up.
