Iowa vs. Sparty Pants Game Thread

Never too early either. Go Hawks! Let's hope the crowd shows tonight, they're gonna need it.
 
HUGE game!!

Trend right now is going 6-2 / 8-games, Hawks are currently 5-2 in this second set of 8. Not to mention, next block of 8 games is worst of the season.

A 'W' keeps them on trend, keeps the confidence rolling for the upcoming gauntlet, gets them to 12-4 and ranked 23-25th. As mentally inconsistent as this team can get, an L + the next 8 games could become a dirty snowball.

I've got Hawks 69-66, with Whitey & Gabe shooting 25+ throws, Uthoff with a double-double and Mikey being the surprise 'X' factor -- winning the head-head against Trice (who fouls out).


 
I'm looking for anyone to step up. But I will go out on a limb and say Clemmons steps up and scores 10 points, 5 asst. That stat line would be huge. Playing against some old friends, think he will want to prove something.
 
Bad starts usually not a good sign for Hawks. Not comprehending the zone against such a good 3-team.

Whitey sucking on D, so I guess I kinda get it.

Hawks need to attack Dawson and get him off the floor.
