I wonder what technique Pollard will use to make up that revenue. Perhaps he will force Iowa fans to purchase 2 years worth of season tickets to make up the difference.

Even if he did that, ISU would still struggle to fill that place.

Speaking of, getting a ticket to the Minny game for an Iowa fan isn't going to be easy this year. They are only giving Iowa 2,000 tickets and they will be spread out all over the stadium. My guess unless Minny fans are willing to sell their season tickets there will be a ton of Iowa fans that won't be able to get tickets.

You have to factor in that Minny is most likely going to be somewhere around 4-7, 5-6 by time we play them and many Minny ticket holders may be willing to part with their tickets. I have faith in the Iowa faithful that Kinnick North 2.0 will be packed full of Hawkeye fans no matter what.

I have been saying since they built that little stadium that the days of Kinnick North might be coming to an end. I really do think it comes down to what jchromes wrote. We need to really hope Minny doesn't get a season going, or we will likely find ourselves locked out.

Now, that being said, If they really wanted to make some money, they could bring in some temporary stands and put them behind the endzone in front of the scoreboard.
