Iowa vs. Creighton Game Thread

missed layup by White, we will see how the team responds from this @ss whipping, good to happen now, Creighton is good but not good enough to shoot over 60% every game nor is Iowa that bad to shoot 30% every game

I'm at the game. This team fails the eye test. They are terrible. I have a hopeless feeling right now

Has this team ever learned how to play defense? Because this is pathetic. When you aren't shooting well you have to be able to play D.
 
Well maybe our expectations can come back to earth. Iowa is getting run out of the building by a Creighton team that is on fire.

I don't think Iowa is exactly where we all thought they were. Move on and learn from it Hawks.
 
Creighton is a very good team....but they should not be killing us like this. I like our chances at Carver this year.. we obviously can't shoot outside of it.

It hasn't been good but it's one fame against a good team. There have been plenty of good teams who have looked terrible in individual games.

We are building some big time character right about now.


Well, they'll have to just wipe this from their minds and move on. Lots of games to play. Lots of things to improve.

You can't beat anyone when you miss most of your shots and FTs. Also, Iowa needs to get tougher as well.
