Iowa v Rider Game Thread

On BTN+ tonight at 7. Josh Dix is out and it explains why he didn’t play much in the 2nd half of the WS game. Not sure the severity of the injury, Fran’s been known to sit em out as a precaution in these early games, hopefully that’s the case here.

The Utah St. game in Sioux Falls, sounds like it will be more difficult than many people think. Sitting Dix as a precaution is a good move if he is banged up.

That game is in KC, the Utah game in Sioux Falls is in December. Finally my side of the state and I’m going to both.

Utah States’s scoring totals in all their games will raise anyone’s eye

Yeah, I f*cked that up. Just listening and/or reading other people, it does seem like the Utah State game Friday will be more difficult than many fans think.

Wrist above right hand. I,have no details

This looks like a bubble team right now with a really good chance to improve a lot as the year goes on.

There PS24 goes again. He might have a cpl moments but already tired of him jacking up 3 on the run, 3 secs into possession, with no rebounders.
Hes streaky, at best, but If he ant on, he needs to sit ilo Traore or Thelwell.

This is without a doubt a team still finding itself but lots of potential. Josh Dix, who’s playing pretty well, is out. I’m enjoying a chance to see the other players in more minutes. Normal game this rotation is different so take it easy

I disagree, this team is a 5-6 seed now with potential for more. Barring health of course, specifically in the post. CBB is underwhelming so far this year imo

I was thinking that at first but then I started thinking "how good is Wahington State?" You might be right tho.

Headed to see them Friday. I’ll report back. I’ve seen every team since like 93 live, even when I’ve lived out of state. I don’t think we rely so much on other players with JD out, so tonight is a smidge slanted, Iowa is looking good so far imo

I would have never guessed the two transfers would be as good as they are. Both are really fun to watch too. Good job out of Fran to get them.

Wow. There's Kool Aid, and then there's spiked Kool Aid. This is some spiked Kool Aid with a dash of steroids!
