instead of showboating and trying to catch it with one hand, should have used two and would have maintained possession. kids these days.

He's definitely in bounds, but if NFL rules apply he would have to keep possession all the way to the ground which he did not do. I don't know the college rule however.

It doesn't matter, once he stepped out of bounds with control the play is dead.

I hate the rule of "controlling it all the way to the ground"....what about guys that leap through the end zone and land OOB....just doesn't seem like a consistent rule for all plays.
