It will be tough but if they play with that effort they can play with anyone. Osu isn't unbeatable this year. But we can't play without that effort or we will struggle to win 6-7 games.

While this team isn't the most talented look back at 2010. From what I had heard from people around the program is they did not have the right attitude and thought they didn't need to work hard, they were heavily with the idea they were entitled to something because of the success in 2009. I think the offense is only going to get better and the attitude and leadership on defense is a good mix. As long as we can stay healthy I think the future is bright the rest of the year

I agree. Iowa put up 249 yards of offense in the second half vs Penn St. They got into scoring position or scored on 4 of their 6 2nd half possessions. Wadley's fumble and the blocked FG really hurt.

I see the effort and the "almost" upset as an unbelievable good sign that we will fight right up to the end. I saw some great play by this team, and some bad play, but the good out weighed the bad. The right attitude goes a long, long way yo being successful and we have that

Heart goes a long way. I saw a lot of it on Saturday night and regardless of the last drive my opinion of this team is positive going on the road next week. That said, you simply got to finish games. Heart or no heart if your not getting the results it takes its toll on a team mentally.
