Don't forget TV plays a huge role in this. As I mentioned ESPN has the rights to the game, they don't exactly have time slots for this game on Wednesday or Saturday. BTN may end up picking this game up by necessity.
But perhaps the biggest thing to remember is meteoroligists are always wrong

Since Iowa/Nebraska isnt a huge needle mover they could probably relegate this game to ESPNU or ESPN3/WatchESPN.
Then on the Thursday 8PM Central time slot they could just replay the most current Duke game.
