Iowa had 6 days' rest between games, Nebraska 13 days. Iowa was 0% on 3rd down conversions. Nebraska had 12+ minutes of time of possession advantage (due to quick Iowa drives and inefficiency on 3rd down) and Iowa still wins by 8. Until the game is won.
