Iowa/Minnesota tailgate?

Does anyone know of any organized Hawkeye tailgates in MPLS for the Goofer game on 9/28?

In 2011 there were tons of Hawk fans at the State Fairgrounds parking lot in St Paul. Nothing organized but a ton of Hawks.

There is a shuttle to and from the game that takes about 10 minutes and drops you off right at the door of TCF. Very easy way to get to and from the stadium without having to deal with traffic.
