I do too but Jan went ridiculous lineup with OG, Stremlow, McCabe, Guyton, Mallegni for NO reason and promptly lost the lead and mojo! Where the hell you gonna get any points from that stupid combo?? Hannah was hot with 0 fouls and you take her and Lucy out??

Really getting disgusted with this ...
Fuer getting way too many minutes and times with ball in her hands - blown scoring opportunities.
Lucy can't pass at all - which is why she needs to be the 2 with Guyton at pg.
Hannah too often facing the basket - which is a turnover or charge.
Above all ... Halfway thru season and we get discombobulated lineups at crucial times. Find your 7, keep them in, stop wholesale lineup changes! Illannoy gonna beat Iowa with 6 players while Jan has to play everyone trying to figure out what might work.

Iowa was up 9 and Lucy + Hannah finding groove and having their way in 1st qtr. Jan F'd with wholesale freshmen substitution and it's been uphill ever since. Don't F with what's working for NO reason!!

Hats off to Jan Jensen! You learned from the master Lisa because she always did the same thing you just did tonight! Hawks had it going stretching the lead out and rolling and what do you do? Ok let's bring in the watching paint dry team and lose the lead and the game was over. It's time to either play small ball or play Ava until she fouls out. Everybody knows how to defend Addi and it's not hard to do. Haven't really posted a lot here for quite some time but I see it hasn't changed any.

Didn't pay but listened and followed statcast. Don't have a dog in fight with PSU - ND so they can wait.
No shame, I admit Iowa women is my fav Iowa team right now ... Men are too frustrating with inconsistency and a coach with one foot in Indianapolis. Football is boring, predictable and has a coach who I wish had both feet out the door.
But hey, make fun of us as you watch the CFP with envy, knowing full well Iowa may not sniff it unless it expands to a 32 team format. Then spend each inexplicable football loss in another underachieving season telling us that Iowa can not possibly be better and will become a has been without the KirkFer.

It’s nothing to do with envy. Women’s basketball is a two hour blooper reel. It’s like Dorf on basketball but that’s just my opinion.
I know where Iowa football stands in the world and it’s still more entertaining (to me) than watching really, really bad basketball.
