Maybe bettors think Iowa will play tight and KF will be conservative. If the hawks trends continue they will win by 10+ at home.

Sagarin still has Iowa winning by 19. Vegas is usually very close to his projection. I'm thinking it's mid November, Minny has shown well against Mich and OsSU (giving bettors the perception of playing above their record) and, most important, Vegas is trying to set a line that entices BOTH sides.
