At a program that does not abuse children or college athletes. Iowa is also the top program that does not cheat with ROTC scholarships. IMO those programs should be disqualified. Iowa would get the default national championship. The ncaa also needs to take action against programs hide athletes using rotc scholarships or other equivalents. A while ago they stopped football teams hiding athletes using track scholarships, I don’t see how this is different. The ncaa just needs to do it’s job!
