This is a tell tale stat, Iowa is forcing the game into the interior, putting pressure on other teams' defensive systems.

It takes energy and depth to keep this up, but along with a new energy throughout the team and a seeming ability to make the free throws. Well, this is a good thing.

Play defense, rebound, force and make free throws, you win a lot of games.

Nick Baer surprisingly shot decent in New York from the stripe . For his career he has shot terrible from the line. Pemsl also didn’t play which helped the percentage

It’s seemed like his free throw stroke was much smoother, compared to in the past where it seemed much stiffer and robotic. Maybe I’m just dreaming that up though.

Would this stat also suggest that Iowa. Has been much more physical getting away from being too soft? Would be good in BT. Just asking.
