In 480 minutes of conference ball, Iowa was tied for 66 minutes (14%), trailed for 24 minutes (5%; first half deficits vs. Wisc & Ind), led for 390 minutes (81%), and led by 2+ scores (> 8 points) for 168 minutes (35%).

In 240 minutes of 2nd half conference ball, Iowa led 240 minutes (100%), and led by 2+ scores for 149 minutes (62%).

So while final scores may not always look dominant, Iowa has really controlled every game in conference.

ya because out of the 8 conference games they played, 2 have a winning record and only 3 are going to a bowl game. but they win though, cant argue with that.

So what? The Jaguars, Titans, and Texans have been to the playoffs like 2 times combined in the last 15 years. That doesn't take away from the fact that the Colts dominate the AFC South. I would much rather dominate a "weak division" year after year and have the opportunity to prove ourselves against the other division's strongest opponent instead of being middle-of-the-pack in a stacked division.
