He can be an impact player at Michigan
No one said he can't but it's no secret Michigan has far more talented receivers than Iowa so early playing time at Iowa is far more likely.

Yes but it would probably be easier and faster if he went to Iowa.
I have to disagree here. Its very difficult for a true freshman to WR to play at Iowa, regardless of their talent level. I've heard its a very difficult position to learn in Iowa's offense (although defenses seem to learn it pretty easily during their prep week for Iowa) and you have to be a solid blocker.

He's going to Michigan. Has a very close relationship with Harbaugh and incoming 5-star QB McCaffrey kid. The exceptionally poor line play, on both sides of the ball, is going to magnify recruiting misses on Dykstra and Daniels and possibly Nelson, much much more than missing out on Martin. Higher quality receivers matter little if you cannot provide legitimate pass protection or stop the run to allow the offense back on the field. We need legit bodies in the trenches, something Iowa has lacked truthfully since the NORM Parker era.
thats how we roll hereThat is assuming a lot.
