As a collective unit? You only play one QB at a time. It's not like WR, RB, or any other position.
Stanzi was on pace to lead the country in INT's. He can't be #1.
Rittenberg specifically stated that he was ranking the QBs like every other position, as a unit. He said the backups' talent and experience were factored into his rankings, which is why the combination of RS and JV put us ahead of Pryor and an unknown backup.
