I am going to go ahead and predict The rest of the season with a 1 touchdown Iowa loss in Madison followed by 3 straight wins to finish the season 9-3 with a birth in the Holiday bowl. Minnesota will lose today, lose against Iowa and then lose to the Badgers after a win against the wildcats with Wisconsin heading back to Indianapolis to get stomped once again by Ohio State.

You haven't watched Wisconsin their last two games if you think Coan is really that much of a threat.

Against 5 Big Ten teams, Coan is averaging 158.6 yards per game (he's only eclipsed 200 yards once, against Illinois, and only surpassed 180 twice), and has thrown 3 TD to 2 INT.

The only time he's surpassed 300 was 363 against Central Michigan.

Coan is just another on a long list of less than mediocre quarterbacks that will probably go all Jantz or Hornibrook on us. Hope I'm wrong.

That Purdue score was padded in bogus time and was nowhere near as close as it appeared. We were up 19-10 with under 3 to go, held them to a FG, then accidentally punched in a TD too quick to go up by 26-13 about 40 seconds later. We went into prevent D and let them eat up the rest of the clock while trying to get out of there without any injuries. So really, 20 points is more like 13 considering that if Sargent wouldn't have burst through for the quick TD, it would have been 22-13. Just like those basketball games that get the final score padded with bogus time free throws.

Also, very similar to last years 21-17 game that turned into 28-17 after the ball inexplicably bounced off a wide open Smith-Marsette's hands for an interception and a play to run out the clock went for a TD.
True but I'd like to remind you that if Brohm just kicks the ball off deep they likely get the ball back and score yet again so just to be complete in your analysis . Purdue is NOT a good defensive team yet we struggled offensively.

Looks like I fell into the most popular choice...Badgers by 10 or less. I just have zero trust in Stanley or the offense in a road game like this. The evidence just points that way. Hope to be proven wrong.

Hawks best win this year - the Cyclones. Foul weather and delays made it an ugly game and Iowa was able to win. The weather in Madison will not be a factor and my expectation is the Badgers win. Hope I am wrong. Stanley is a classy kid and it would be great to see a game plan and OL play that enables him to finally win a big game with a shot at the division title on the line

16-9 WI. Despite KF's pregame speech, "OK, fellas let's get out there and not lose!" The OL still can't block anyone and the offense can't figure out how to get the ball in the endzone.
