Feeling much better now that we have assurance CJB will start - I'll say 24-14 good guys.

As with any qb starting his first game we could see CJ make some mistakes. I'm hoping he doesn't but a gunslinger could throw an int. or two because they have the mentality that they can make any pass. That being said there's also the fact that his playing style provides the opportunity for us to score more points. Either way Iowa will be at 4-1 after Saturday.

No, he is saying we score faster with CJ instead of these life sucking methodical drives that lead to nothing when JR was guiding the ship. Therefore, Purdue may get a couple of extra drives or score a garbage touchdown late when the game has already been decided.

Defense lets up and gives up a TD late since they are up big, whereas with Rudock it would be tight and the D plays accordingly.

Purdue has a good pass rush...their d-tackle leads the league in sacks...they have a bunch of speed rushers and they will blitz like crazy...so I see Iowa running the ball to keep them at home, and hopefully, going play-action downfield. It will be a close one for 3 qtrs., and then Iowa scores a late td to win 27 - 13.
