This is the game I plan on going to this season. Anyone know when tickets will be available?

ESPN did a quite a bit of reporting/blogging on this a month or so back- haven't heard much of an update since. I believe they have the ability to play Rice there in 2011- thinking that having either Illinois or Iowa in 2010 could possibly create a neutral site home game for either of those two teams.

It seems more likely that Northwestern will play Illinois at Wrigley than Iowa at this point. The fact that Iowa is now going to play at Soldier Field again might also play into it, from a Northwestern-perspective.

They have picked Illinois for this game just finishing the details just reported in Chicago Tribune.
Fine. Actually,this probably means more tickets will be available for Hawk fans than would have been for a ''novelty'' game at Wrigley.
Iowa fans have to really designate the NW game in Evanston as even more of a ''travel'' game than ever before,altho Iowa usually does outnumber the weak NW fans at this game. I want 25k Iowa fans at Ryan Field to dominate that place...Iowa needs to crush this bug and kick the childish Fitz's arse.
