Sagarin still shows Iowa at #28, Minnesota #57, Purdue #47 and Nebraska #61 so we should be favored in those 3 games. Incidentally, Northwestern is #34 which made that game a toss up factoring in home field.
 
This is the week where the offense finally gets into a groove and finds its rhythm and scores lots of points. Expect the play action passing game to get going, the screen game, and the runs between tackles too. The defense will get some guys back from injury and the home crowd advantage will be in full effect. Take Iowa, and the points and don't forget to send me some of your winnings.

I DVR'd the NW game, did a ton of yard work, went shooting with my son and Sat night after terrific dinner out with my wife I checked the score. I had maybe 1/10th of the anger had I watched it live. None of the yelling at my TV...I still watched the game that night, but I've come to realize that we all only have so many Saturday's in life.
I still got mad here and there, but not "moving to DEFCON1-mad" like I used to get.
I choose to not let KF and his staff ruin my weekends anymore.

Iowa has its problems, yes. But do you realize MN averages like 25 yds passing a game, or something close to that? Pretty pathetic

Did Minny play last weekend because I watched them some two weekends ago when their 2nd string QB ran and passed MSU silly in the last 20 or so minutes. Maybe they will use this running qb to torment the hawks.
 
Think they win, will be close and unfortunately it might be their last. Can't realistically pick this team to beat anyone else on the schedule. If we do upset someone WAHOO, Detroit in December! Break out the lip balm and parkas!

This would be right on par for the Hawks the last 17 years. Although, I'd rather they really go heart-n-soul Ferentz ball to barely eek out a win against the Goofs and bust out next week.
