Iowa 4 point favorites

It could be a 6 point win, but I think Iowa wins by 10-12 points. Also Iowa has not lost a home game to Indiana since 2012.

All of Indiana's losses have come on the road. Senior night for the Hawks, a lot at stake....

ok yeah, Im still not touching this game with real money.

I think Iowa covers easily. If we don't cover I don't think we win. If good Iowa shows up and wants revenge on Senior Night then I think it's a double digit win...which is what I expect.

I will take that line allllll day.
and take Indiana, of course;)

Oh stop teh melodrama. You do not.

However, you are in the ball park of my early book ... I've would say Iowa +9, so, I'll take your 10 points and the Hawks. Let's put that hundy to good use.;)

I don't have tickets? The tickets in my glove compartment would say otherwise. And I'll gladly take that bet.

Considering Iowa's struggles in close games, I'd say that sounds like pretty good logic. They win fairly comfortably, or not at all.

I personally don't know what to expect tonight. This team is a mystery to me.

Well, 1977, the ball will be tipped, but after that it's anyone's guess.....;)

It's just weird to me that they haven't righted the ship. I'm not giving up, but I'm more nervous than any of the players are. If I could only control my anger towards the tv (haven't figured that out yet)

I agree that IF the Hawks win, they will have covered easily. Furthermore, they will ONLY win if they cover from the git-go. They not only suck in close games, they especially suck when they start off poorly and have to come from behind in the 2nd.

If Hawks start off strong, with both Jok and Uthoff hitting their 1st couple shots and getting a 6 to 10 point lead, they tend to maintain confidence and intensity and focus throughout. When the start of crappy -- like the last 2 weeks -- they tend to get out of sync and quickly lose themselves. It's prolly pretty typical of mentally weak, non-physical teams that the intangibles -- like luck, momentum, opponent's success -- have such an immediate and lasting impact on performance.

Yeah, they will have a jump ball, they will play at least 40 minutes, and neither team will be shut out. I expect that much. :)

I just don't know what to think. The team showed signs of wilting last year after losing @NW, but they righted the ship and got hot. This year, not so much. Not sure what the deal is, but last year's team pretty much flew under the radar and never really had that target, and they had Aaron White, who really carried the team down the stretch. It's Uthoff's turn to do the same, and the time is now.

I'm at the point where I think I'll just DVR these last couple games, and watch later if they won the game. Watching the games live has been bad for my BP... And I scare the dogs, lol.

I really have tried to stay positive, but Sunday was the final straw. I now expect one thing from this team until they prove me wrong:

Watching the games lately have been super hard on my BP as well. I've had to avoid social media during and after games because I've gotten so worked up. Iowa just looks like a completely different team over the last few weeks, its maddening
