No, no it doesn't. Simply booing does not rationalize, justify or "empower" (god I'm sick of that overused phrase) others to physical violence. If a person's response to verbal expression is physical violence...they're f***ed up. It's not the fault of others who expresses themselves openly...outside of a clear and direct call to act violently of course. ("kill him")
