Herby has Iowa #6.

Herby said on college gameday that if Iowa didn't lay an egg in the first half against AZ, they would be a top 5 team. Keep that statement in mind.
Assuming Iowa wins out (and MSU and OSU don't lose before we play them), Iowa will have defeated 3 top 10 teams. Not many other teams in the country will be able to say that at the end of the year. Iowa will probably jump into the top 10 or at least get close after a win against Wisconsin (LSU or Auburn will drop out for sure). If Iowa beats MSU the next week, the will probably be #7 or higher. Keep on winning and Iowa will be in a very good spot at the end of this season.
The reason to keep Herby's statement in mind is that he is a voter and has a national platform. If Iowa keeps winning, you can bet on Herby spreading the Iowa love by reminding voters that this is a team that played one bad half of football on the road in September.

If we beat Wisconsin I think Iowa would minimally jump UW, OSU and Stanford, probably Utah as well as the loser of Auburn/LSU moving Iowa to at least 8th. Don't forget that Oregon plays UCLA, Oklahoma is at Missouri, TCU plays Air Force, MSU is at Northwestern. It is possible that one or more of these top ranked teams could lose.
