I actually went to see them play the Rockies back in early May. I'm a Cubs fan but we were out in San Fran and then Reno for national bowling tournament and we decided to go to a game. Beautiful park! Guess I never thought the team I was watching was world series material but I was wrong.

No. I am over it. Congrats to the Giants. I was hoping they would win it after beating the Braves. But Conrad was AWFUL.

Living in a state that has no Pro teams to root for, it shouldn't be a surprise to find some Giants fan. I actually know of quite a few. My father got me hooked on the Giants as a young kid. He love the Giants. I'm 41 and been a fan since I can remember.

So hows this for a combo my NFL team is the New York Giants.

At the age of 8, I was told Mays was the best player in baseball. That is all it took for me.
