Instead of football, we get T. Boone Pickens

This Arizona/OSU game is actually turning out to be pretty good. Arizona is hanging tough, and there have been a lot of big plays. But while OSU converts a huge fake punt and Arizona gets a key interception, we get to listen/watch T. Boone Pickens croak about conference realignment.

Please, just make it stop. Someone explain to me why this thing that may happen over the next several years is so freaking fascinating that it trumps what is actually happening on the field.

Very interesting that a tv network would interview a booster (regardless how big) about realignment. Is Pickens and his money involved? Will he buy a spot in a conference for osu?

In a game that was decided in the first quarter, I was interested to see what a guy that probably knows as much as anyone about the situation had to say. Just me two cents.
