Indiana vs kentucky

Wow, this game is freakn awesome. Anyone else watching? I wish our program looked like Indiana's
 
Indiana/Kentucky.....

Very good basketball game on right now. Indiana matching baskets with Number one Kentucky. Indiana looks good at home. We might not get our annual two wins this year against the Hoosiers. Indiana up 5 with 16:34 to go in the game. B1G might be better than anticipated this year. Now it is a ten point lead. Always like to see Number One take it on the chin.....
 
I really love how these refs are letting them play. Obviously different from uni and state
 
I just get really, really worried about who will guard Cody Zeller... McCabe, Basabe, Brommer might all foul out.

Really?? Annual two wins against the Hoosiers. What world you living in. I really wish people would research before posting stupid things. You really make it sounds like it happens every year.

Uh, it will be a miracle if we even get 2 BIG TEN wins TOTAL! May not even get 2 more wins overall.
 
indiana was terrible for the last three straight years. it took that long, even with that kind of tradition, so that's a good lesson for us iowa fans.

I keep thinking Iowa could be like this in 2 more seasons in Fran's 4th season much like Crean is in his 4th but let's not forget it's still Indiana, Crean is the coach and recruiting classes are far superior to Iowa's.

I also think at times Iowa is what they are now, a perennial doormat and will never recover. If Fran doesn't work out, I think this becomes a reality.

Fran's class this year is better than what Crean had coming in after his second year.

I was about to post the same thing. Indiana also went through those terrible seasons by having terrific crowds at Assembly Hall and providing a great atmosphere. I really wish Iowa fans would follow that example. Unfortunately, we have a large contingency that have a "quick fix or bust" mentality.

Those fans also have history with their basketball team and don't care about football.

Not true at all.

Crean started April 2008 and then For the 2009 season Tom Crean signed six recruits, including 4 ranked in the top 100 according to several basketball talent rating services

If it took Crean 4 seasons to finally get Indiana back with these types of recruits, it will take Fran at least 8 seasons.
