Indiana only favored by 4

Seems like easy money ....we are depleted with Bryce and Eric hurting,and they are the healthiest they have been over the last month.

We need a miracle....bow our heads and pray..it is Sunday.
 
Not surprised by the pointspread, it is at Carver. Problem is we don't have anyone who can stop Cody Zeller. Then you have Watford, Hullis and Roth from deep and you have the Inside to outside threat. Which ='s a horrible matchup for Iowa. The only good news is we are in Carver.



I did run across this comment from Crean, I got a chuckle out of it:
"I'm sure it will be a fast-paced game, but we can't be in the situation where we go on the road and try to trade baskets with a high-powered team like Iowa," Crean said
 
If we lose by less than 10 I will be surprised. If we somehow pull the upset it would be our best win of the season, easily. That said I expect us to lose handily. The PSU game was simply pathetic.

Our win at Wisconsin is the best win of the season. Our win at home over Michigan is also better than our win today will be.
 
If the Indiana team that showed up and got beat by Nebraska shows up.. it will be a long day for them. I say Iowa wins 74-72

Indiana has already marked this in the win column if they have watched any recent tape, and will phone it in for the upset.
 
Hawks should play inspired ball today, and win a close one.....

Fran comes up with a plan to deny Zeller the ball so he can't slam 15/20 uncontested dunks on us.....

Gabe gets more minutes and rises to the occasion, as do Mel and the rest of the Lads.....

This will be a memorable day for all true Hawk fans.....

Seriously? Interesting but I highly doubt that to be true. Indiana has not been to the NCAA Tourny in quite sometime. Indiana hasn't won in Carver since I think 2007.
 
Its crunch time and NCAA seeding is on the line. Its not a trap game for IU, Iowa hasn't been playing well lately.

This all leads to a win by IU and its not going to be pretty.

Except you are forgetting that Iowa is widely inconsistent so they are due to play well today.
