Indiana confirmed the hiring of Darian DeVries as the program's 31st head coach just after 6 p.m. ET on Tuesday.

I laugh some - Indiana to me in basketball is like Nebraska in football. I get why Devries would go where the money for players is.

However, Indiana has made the NCAA tourney only 2 times in the last 9 years - think about that.

Their last final four was 23 years ago.

Program is washed. I'm sure people thin NIL money can bring them back, but I have my doubts.

DD certainly seemed like a promising one

I thought Iowa was the only job that he'd leave WV for. Guess money talks louder than family.

Ben has been my first choice all along, but I would have been happy with DeVries.

Until McCollum is off the table, I am still optimistic. Regardless, the new coach will give me hope for the program, which has been gone for a while.
