When we used to go to Vegas we would get new 2 Dollar bills, and take them to a print shop, and have them put the adhesive glue on the top. The stack of bills would look like a notepad and we always tipped with them. When you pulled the stack out and tore one off you can't believe the inspection that would occur on the money.
