I'll Believe It When I See It - BBall Rules Changes and Enforcement

What will happen is things will be more closely called OOC..then conference play starts and the same old crap will seep back in...otherwise Wisconsin will go 0-18

Shame on you Jon...trying to troll a banned user.

And according to ActiveVadger and the other idiots over on the Wisky Scout Board, MSU and Purdue are the habitual offenders when it comes to this and this is the kind of crap that slows the game down. Wisky just works the offense, they dont do this stuff. lulz

Scout.com: Rule Changes

Quoted from Wisky board for your entertainment: "Particularly for Wisconsin. Wisconsin rarely reaches or uses arm bars under Bo. The teams that I can think of that are notorious for it are MSU and Purdue (to a somewhat lesser extent Iowa), especially out on the perimeter. I think they just do it so often that the refs feel like they can't call it. If they call it tight at the beginning of the game and let the players and coaches know that's how it's going to be then they'll adjust.

These rules benefit Wisconsin if you ask me. Especially if the keeping hands off of players rules are truly enforced.
